  • About the Role

    We are hiring Software Engineers for one of our prime clients — a leading global AI research organisation developing advanced, high-performance systems to power next-generation machine learning applications.

    This is a hands-on engineering role , where you’ll work on environment setup, scalable API design, and database architecture — directly supporting applied AI systems. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled engineer with deep backend expertise and experience integrating AI coding agents into modern software development workflows.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design and implement scalable service layers and APIs that connect to advanced AI models.
    • Configure development environments and automate build and deployment pipelines.
    • Develop and maintain robust database architectures to support high-volume, low-latency applications.
    • Collaborate with global AI and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and scalability.
    • Apply coding agents to optimize code generation, debugging, and testing.
    • Participate in rapid, outcome-driven development sprints with measurable deliverables.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and modern programming practices.
    • Experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Copilot, GPT-based agents) in daily workflow.
    • Proven success in backend development, including API design, testing, and integration.
    • Expertise in SQL and relational database structuring.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Background from top-tier technology startups, quantitative firms, or engineering-driven organizations preferred.
    • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from a reputed institution.
