We are now looking for an AI Transformation Delivery Consultant to delight customers in the delivery of our programmes.

What you'll do

• You will design and deliver practical GenAI and AI adoption programmes for workers spanning technical and non technical business functions.
• You will turn employer goals, tools, policies and workflows into tailored learning journeys.
• You will create practical content, including labs, exercises, prompt libraries, templates, role-specific playbooks and workplace project briefs.
• You will deliver live workshops where learners actively use tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude and other workplace AI tools.
• You will consult customers 1:1 and in small groups to apply AI to real tasks, not toy examples.
• You will guide learners to create workplace AI projects that show clear ROI, such as time saved, quality improved, better customer experience or new capability.
• You will work directly with clients to understand their tools, policies, workflows and adoption challenges.
• You will continuously improve the service offering as AI tools and workplace use cases evolve.

What you'll help learners understand

• How GenAI and LLMs work at a practical level
• Prompting and interaction techniques
• Task decomposition and workflow redesign
• AI for documents, emails, spreadsheets and presentations
• Copilots and agents in tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRMs and ticketing systems
• Low-code workflows using spreadsheets, forms, automation tools and internal knowledge bases
• Data privacy, security, confidentiality and organisational AI policies
• How to identify, scope and evidence workplace AI projects

What success looks like

• Successful scoping of customer POCs
• Successful deployment of POCs
• Successful impact reporting of customer ROI

You'll be a strong fit if you have

• Hands-on use of GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini.
• Experience designing structured learning journeys, workshops, curricula or enablement programmes.
• Confidence coaching non-technical learners.
• Ability to customise delivery around client tools, workflows and policies.
• A practical understanding of where AI helps, where it fails and how to use it safely.
• Experience with apprenticeships, funded learning, KSBs or compliance would be useful, but is not essential.

Strong backgrounds include

• Digital Data or AI Consultant
• Workforce transformation
• Experience in mid-market and enterprise Transformation
