AI, Automation & Project Skills Coach (Apprenticeships)

We’re expanding our coaching team at Aicura and are looking for an exceptional AI, Automation & Project Skills Coach to support apprentices on our future-focused digital and transformation programmes.

You’ll work with professionals across a wide range of industries, helping them develop practical AI, automation and project delivery skills that drive real business impact.

You’ll primarily support the:

• AI & Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 4)

• Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship (Level 4)

Our programmes focus on enabling individuals to not only adopt AI and automation tools, but also successfully deliver change through structured project management and real-world implementation.

You’ll act as a coach, mentor and assessor, guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey and helping them apply both AI and project delivery skills directly in their roles.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality coaching sessions across AI, automation and project management

• Supporting learners with portfolio development and End Point Assessment (EPA) preparation

• Conducting progress reviews and workplace coaching

• Helping apprentices identify opportunities for AI, automation and operational improvement

• Supporting learners to scope, plan and deliver real-world projects (e.g. automation initiatives, transformation projects)

• Coaching learners on project fundamentals (planning, stakeholder management, risk, delivery)

• Working with employers to maximise the impact of digital and transformation initiatives

• Have experience delivering or coaching on digital, AI, project management or transformation-focused apprenticeships

• Have worked with or supported Level 4 standards such as AI & Automation Practitioner or Associate Project Manager (or similar)

• Have practical experience in project delivery, business change or transformation

• Are confident using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, automation platforms, data tools) in a business context

• Are an engaging coach, facilitator or trainer with strong commercial awareness

Experience in areas such as:

• Generative AI in business (e.g. ChatGPT, copilots, AI workflows)

• Process automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Power Automate, RPA)

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

• Data analysis and decision-making

• Business analysis or systems thinking

• Change management and digital adoption
