International Tax Manager

- Support on Group reporting and assisting to ensure local compliance is affected in time
- Monitoring developments on Public CBC reporting around the globe and assisting in ensuring readiness for future requirements
- Coordinating and monitoring the Group meeting its worldwide CbCR notification requirements, and preparing the annual CbCR submissions
- Preparing the local file reports for the UK companies.
- Running the Group’s management charges, documentation and calculation
- Monitoring the external provider of local files to the worldwide group.
- Primary contact for all transfer pricing issues arising from the Group’s operating companies
- Manage all TP related requests from the audit team as a part of the Group audit
- Provide tax support and input on a range of intercompany transactions, e.g. loans, dividends, royalties, sales of goods and services.
- Support on Group tax compliance outside the UK
- Work with external advisors on tax law changes and technical updates impacting the group
- Provide advice, training and ad hoc support to Finance contacts in the worldwide group
- Support the Head of Tax and wider Group Tax team as necessary
- Minimum 2 years PQE (ACA, CTA or equivalent)
- Experience of transfer pricing and international tax reporting requirements/developments
- Industry experience preferred, however, practice experience working in a client-facing role in a multi-disciplinary team will be considered
- Strong communication skills and the ability to concisely communicate tax concepts to non-tax personnel in plain English – both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with data manipulation and management, willing to learn new systems to pull data and build reports.

- Competitive salary: £70,000 - £80,000
