Role: Principal Business Analyst

Contract Type: Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

We are hiring a Principal Business Analyst to lead a technology workstream within a large-scale transformation programme. The role involves working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to upgrade a legacy performance attribution system and improve data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology delivery across analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and embed data management best practices.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Produce clear documentation and visual artefacts to support solution design.

Requirements:

• Experience with Factset B-One or similar performance calculation engines.
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio performance.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills.
• Proven business analysis experience across diverse systems and teams.
