Job Title: Manual Tester – D365 Customer Insights
Duration: initial 1 year contract
Workload: Full-time hours
Setup: Inside IR35 Contracting (Daily rate / Umbrella)
Location: London, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to ensure high-quality delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions. The role involves creating and executing detailed test cases, validating fixes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive test cases using Squash or similar tools, covering functional and edge scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of D365 Customer Insights solutions and report defects using appropriate tracking systems.
- Prepare detailed test documentation and secure stakeholder sign-off.
- Work closely with development and business teams to validate fixes and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in manual application testing with expertise in test case creation and execution.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and D365 Sales modules.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Squash and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
