The Opportunity
You’ll sit within a high-impact engagement function responsible for supporting consultants throughout their client journey.
Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll ensure individuals are:
- Supported professionally and personally
- Performing at a high standard on client projects
- Progressing toward long-term career goals
This role blends pastoral care, performance coaching, and commercial awareness.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for consultant queries
- Running regular 1:1 “touchpoints” to track performance, wellbeing, and development
- Identifying skills gaps and supporting ongoing learning plans
- Coordinating and tracking performance & probation reviews
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reporting & insights
- Supporting onboarding into client environments
- Partnering with internal teams and escalating issues where needed
- Building strong relationships through events, check-ins, and ongoing engagement
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in people development and coaching
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness alongside a people-first mindset
- Understanding and interest in Technology and the industry
Experience in areas like HR, recruitment, L&D, customer success, or account coordination would be highly relevant.
