The Opportunity

This is more than a typical Senior AE role. Here, you'll help build the commercial side of a company at a key moment in its growth. Since its inception as a data science consultancy, the company has evolved into a robust SaaS platform, transforming how alternative investors manage their portfolio data, risk, and performance.

As the first Account Executive since this change, you'll have real ownership, influence, and visibility with the leadership team. You'll work closely with the Product team and play a key part in shaping how the business sells and grows. For the right person, there is clear career growth as the company moves into new markets and areas.

If you enjoy building from the ground up, this is your chance to make a real impact. You'll own your pipeline, help shape strategy, and play a part in defining what commercial success means as the company grows.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and owning your pipeline in private equity, direct lending, infrastructure, and impact investing markets
  • Conducting outbound outreach and leading sales conversations with sophisticated investors
  • Understanding complex portfolio challenges and positioning solutions that genuinely solve them
  • Work with the product and engineering teams to make sure what you sell can be delivered well

What We're Looking For

You have a strong track record with at least 3-5 years of sales experience in financial services, fintech, or asset management, ideally working with similar clients and use cases.

You have the right mindset: you're hungry, optimistic, and resilient. You're comfortable with uncertainty and prefer taking ownership over following a strict structure.

You have strong instincts. You can explain complex products simply, work with both technical and non-technical people, and keep going when others might stop.

You're a self-starter and a team player. You can build your own client base and work independently, but you also value collaborating with others to achieve better results.

Nice to Have

Experience with alternative investments, private markets, credit funds, or data platforms is helpful. Having existing relationships in target markets is a plus, but not required if you are motivated to build them.
