The Opportunity:
Generate strong annual NFI by developing, expanding, and protecting key client relationships across the global mobility industry. Your role is to become a trusted strategic partner - building accounts from the ground up into long-term partnerships, ensuring clients view Akkar as integral to their success.
You will manage approximately 6–10 accounts, combining established and high-potential new clients, with a clear focus on sustainable growth and account expansion.
This is a high-impact role that requires resilience, curiosity, and commercial sharpness, but offers the opportunity to become one of the most valuable client partners in the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Build, develop, and grow key client accounts within the global technology, engineering and mobility sector
- Act as a strategic partner, shaping client talent strategies and long-term hiring plans
- Manage a portfolio of 6–10 accounts, balancing growth and retention
- Dedicate time each week (minimum 10%) to personal development, improving client development strategies, and enhancing account growth capability
- Leverage coaching, tools, and internal support to continuously improve performance
- Take full ownership of account performance, including strategy, engagement, and delivery
- Utilise AI tools, automations, and systems to maximise efficiency and results
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure client success
- Autonomy to build, manage, and grow your accounts in a way that works for you, provided you are delivering against your goals
