Location: Jersey - Hybrid (1/2 days on site per month)

I'm currently looking for an experienced Azure cloud and platform engineer with automation skills.This is a hands-on role focused on the operation, improvement and delivery of cloud and infrastructure platforms, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure, hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and platform resilience.
What you'll be doing- Supporting and administering Azure-based infrastructure and platform services
- Delivering cloud migrations, upgrades and platform improvements
- Implementing automation, monitoring and operational tooling
- Supporting Windows Server and hybrid cloud environments
- Maintaining platform security, availability and resilience
- Supporting Microsoft 365 services and integrations
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial experience supporting enterprise Azure and cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure administration and engineering
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integrations
- Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring, automation and security
- Experience supporting cloud migrations and infrastructure transformation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Relevant Microsoft/Azure qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience
Desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Azure certification
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code
- Experience delivering infrastructure automation
- Exposure to healthcare, public sector or highly regulated environments
- Experience supporting wider digital transformation programmes
- Knowledge of healthcare digital platforms
- Experience with disaster recovery and continuity solutions
