Business Architect (Contract) - 12 Months

Warwickshire (1 day onsite per week) Inside IR35

Overview

We are supporting a leading organisation undergoing a series of large-scale, organisation-wide transformation initiatives. These include the implementation of a new policy management software, cloud and supplier migrations, and a range of business and regulatory changes that will redefine how the business operates.

As part of this transformation, our client is seeking an experienced Business Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering their future operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver divisional-level roadmaps and business architecture solutions
• Partner with C-Suite stakeholders to support execution of strategic initiatives
• Design and implement new processes, governance frameworks, and organisational structures
• Own, develop, and maintain the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Support the delivery of transformation across the full business change lifecycle

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience in Business Architecture and developing Operating Model artefacts
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience delivering roadmaps and transformation solutions at divisional level
• Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance, Investments, or Pensions (highly desirable)
