Digital Product Manager - Customer Experience

We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to hire a Digital Product Manager who will take ownership of the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of customer-facing and/or internal digital products. This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital experiences.

As Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more digital products, from discovery through to launch and iteration. You'll act as the key decision-maker for product priorities and ensure teams are aligned around a shared vision and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, or platforms)
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform decisions
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive, user-centred experiences
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features on time
  • Prioritise the product backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic value
  • Lead product launches and manage post-launch optimisation
  • Track and report on product performance using KPIs and analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer support, and leadership
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, or operational efficiency

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on digital products
  • Strong understanding of agile product development environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, stakeholders)
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics and user insights
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience writing clear product documentation (PRDs, user stories, roadmaps)
