Brief
We're looking for a Change & Release Manager with experience in financial services or payments to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT changes and releases across critical systems.
You'll ensure smooth, low-risk deployments while maintaining governance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate IT releases across applications
- Manage release milestones, readiness, and progress reporting
- Oversee deployment activities and communicate with stakeholders
- Conduct post-release reviews and lessons learned
Essential Experience
- Experience in IT change/release management in banking or payments
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
- ITIL Foundation, PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery
