Brief

We're looking for a Change & Release Manager with experience in financial services or payments to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT changes and releases across critical systems.

You'll ensure smooth, low-risk deployments while maintaining governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate IT releases across applications
  • Manage release milestones, readiness, and progress reporting
  • Oversee deployment activities and communicate with stakeholders
  • Conduct post-release reviews and lessons learned

Essential Experience

  • Experience in IT change/release management in banking or payments
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

  • ITIL Foundation, PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery
