Information Security GRC Consultant Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the officeSalary: Up to £105,000 Basic Salary OverviewWe are working with a leading organisation that is undergoing a significant transformation of its security and assurance function. As part of this journey, they are looking to hire an experienced Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultant to help reshape the organisation's security posture and drive key strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities* Lead and enhance cyber security awareness tools and controls across the organisation* Drive the automation and optimisation of the GRC toolset* Design, implement, and improve risk management frameworks and security controls* Support assurance activities, ensuring security practices align with regulatory and industry standardsKey Skills & Experience* Strong background in Information Security GRC within Financial Services or a regulated environment* Proven experience implementing and improving risk management and control frameworks* Hands-on experience with GRC tooling, including automation and optimisationWhat's on Offer* Salary up to £105,000 basic* £10,000-£20,000 annual bonus (average)* Hybrid working model (3 days in the office)* Opportunity to play a key role in reshaping the organisation's security strategy
