The Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll join a large, collaborative team where you'll receive plenty of support and mentorship. You'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external customers, contributing to complex, high-impact projects from day one.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analysing requirements from a wide range of stakeholders
  • Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs
  • Translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Managing and prioritising the product backlog
  • Using tools like Jira and Confluence to support software delivery

This is a hands-on role where you'll see your work come to life, delivering real solutions that drive business success.



What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
