M&A & HR Transformation Project Manager

Our client needs an M&A (Merger and Acquisitions) Project manager for a 4 month contract + extension to be based remotely from home.

• Duration: 4 months plus extension
• Rate: £385 p/d (Outside IR35)

The suitable expert will be required to assist with managing both the organisation change design and operating model changes as well as managing the support for the business partners during the changes.

The suitable project manager will also be involved in HR Transformation as well as part of the M&A process.

The suitable expert will need to have a solid background in managing projects too and will need to be a fluent English speaker.

Our client is also able to interview and offer immediately too.
