Hybrid - 50/50

I am partnered with a leading infrastructure organisation who are going through a significant period of change and transformation. As such I'm looking for a Business Systems / Platform lead who will focus on the management and oversight of Microsoft technologies (namely Power Apps) and other no/low code automation solutions.

This is a key management position with a focus on leadership and influence. I need someone with a technical background in Microsoft automation technologies, who can dip in technically where necessary but in the interim will be responsible for developing processes for the wider business.

This is a newly created role so you will have autonomy and be able to shape the function and team as you need.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-based business systems, with a focus on the Power Platform, including Power Apps.
• Process design around automation - looking at ways to improve efficiency across the business
• Work with wider technical teams to improve workflows and communication including working closely with IT to monitor security & performance
• Create documentation for automation processes and procedures

To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate:

• Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft automation tools - namely Microsoft power apps
• Leadership / management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Azure automation experience IE Powershell or RPA
• Automation tool of experience outside of Microsoft would be beneficial IE UIPath
