The Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing delivery team within a leading Financial Services organisation. This role will play a key part in driving agile delivery across multiple squads, with a strong focus on managing cross-product dependencies and supporting large-scale data initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master who thrives in complex environments and is confident working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple squadsManage and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth deliverySupport and guide teams in adopting and maturing agile practicesWork closely with Product Owners, Delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignmentRemove impediments and drive continuous improvement within squadsOversee delivery across data-focused teams including Analysts and EngineersSupport delivery of data migration and transformation programmesMaintain and optimise workflows using Jira
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with the majority of your career in this capacityStrong track record of working across multiple squads simultaneouslyPrevious experience within Financial Services, ideally Asset ManagementDemonstrated experience working with Data teams and delivering data migration/transformation projectsAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with JiraExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to manage complexity and drive delivery in fast-paced environment
