Brief
We're recruiting for a UI Developer to join a front-office technology team building web-based applications used within a banking environment. This role focuses on delivering intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that support business-critical workflows.
You'll work closely with backend engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders, contributing to a modern UI codebase with real users and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance modern web UIs using JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g. React)
- Translate business requirements into clean, user-focused interfaces
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and real-time data
- Contribute to UI standards, reusable components, and best practices
- Own features end-to-end: from design discussion to delivery
Essential Experience
- Strong experience as a UI / Front - End Developer
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks
- Experience delivering production-grade web applications
- Comfortable working with business users and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment
Desirable Experience
- Banking or financial services experience
- Exposure to front-office, trading, or risk platforms
- Experience working with real-time or data-heavy UIs
