Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects/programmes within a banking setting
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and business functions
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive delivery, resolve blockers, and ensure outcomes
- Translate business requirements into clear technical direction and delivery plans
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Project / Programme Manager within banking or financial services
- Strong techno-functional background (understanding of SDLC, APIs, data, or systems)
- Track record of leading delivery teams and owning complex programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, delivery-focused mindset
