Senior Test Manager - Financial Services // LONDON

We are partnering with a leading consultancy that is expanding its Quality Engineering & Testing practice. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager with a strong background across multiple Financial Services organisations. This role blends senior consulting responsibilities with active involvement in delivery.

If you have deep FS industry exposure, strong consulting presence, and recent hands-on testing experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead major transformation programmes.

As a Senior Test Manager, you will:

  • Lead and deliver complex testing and quality engineering programmes across Financial Services clients
  • Shape and present end-to-end test strategies and solutions
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions at executive level
  • Support business development activity and contribute to revenue growth
  • Work across Banking, Insurance, Payments, Asset Management or FinTech environments
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants
  • Operate across multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Remain close to delivery - recent, practical testing experience is essential

We are seeking someone who brings:

  • Recent hands-on testing or quality engineering experience (must be current, not many years ago)
  • Experience working across several Financial Services organisations
  • Strong consulting capability - confident presenting, solution-shaping and engaging stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of testing methodologies, tools and industry trends
  • Ability to lead multiple complex programmes concurrently
  • Strong communication, analytical and delivery skills
  • Experience supporting bids or contributing to practice/business development

There is no specific technology/tool requirement - breadth, depth, and relevance of experience matter most.
