ServiceNow Project Manager | Up to £75k + bonus | Hybrid | Must Be Eligible for Security Clearance

As part of this growth, they're looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex platform implementations and lead delivery with confidence, clarity, and authority.

This isn't a "status-reporting" PM role. This is for someone who understands the ServiceNow platform, can guide delivery teams, and can challenge technical decisions when needed. If you've already delivered ServiceNow projects and want the platform, visibility, and support to take the next step, this is where you do it.

What you'll be doing:

You'll lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across complex, multi-workstream programmes. This includes shaping scope, contributing to commercials, establishing delivery governance, and ensuring solutions are technically robust and aligned with broader transformation goals.

You'll work across several areas of the platform - including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and IRM, staying close enough to the technology to challenge architecture decisions, enforce best practice, and safeguard delivery quality. This role sits right at the intersection of business and technical teams, translating executive vision into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of delivery best practice
• Experience across at least one of the following modules (SPM, HRSD, or IRM)
• Confident leading workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• ServiceNow certifications, ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 (nice to have, not essential)

Salary is up to £75k + bonus. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the office or client sites when required. You must be eligible for security clearance.
