Job Summary:

As the Senior Technical Program Manager for Android Platform Development, you will be at the forefront of leading critical technical programs that are essential for Android's development, feature releases, and integrations with broader ecosystems. This role demands a proactive leader who can efficiently coordinate between engineering, product, and partner teams to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful initiatives. Control over timelines, risk, and dependency management for the programs, while ensuring the quality and readiness of Android releases, will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical programs focusing on Android platform development and its timely releases.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product management, QA, and partner teams to ensure effective program execution.
• Oversee the development and management of program timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Guarantee Android release readiness by aligning quality standards and schedules.
• Work closely with OEMs and ecosystem partners to drive successful feature integration and adoption.

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or software engineering within large-scale software development programs.
• Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and proven ability in cross-functional collaboration.

Industry Experience Required:

• Prior experience working with mobile platforms or operating systems, with a preference for expertise in the Android architecture or mobile device ecosystems.
