Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Solutions Specialist to lead the development, enhancement, and deployment of AI-powered agents designed to analyse and document complex operational processes.

This role will focus on building and scaling AI agents (leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI capabilities) to interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including system configurations, process documentation, and communication artefacts. The objective is to automate the discovery, analysis, and documentation of bespoke workflows, improving efficiency, transparency, and risk management.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational logic into intelligent AI-driven workflows, ensuring outputs are accurate, governed, and aligned to risk and control frameworks.

Requirements

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI
• Translate complex business processes and logic into AI-driven workflows and automation solutions
• Analyse structured and unstructured data sources (e.g. system configurations, documents, emails, transcripts) to extract insights and define process flows
• Implement document intelligence and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches to support analysis and knowledge extraction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine use cases and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Define and maintain data mappings, lineage, and process documentation generated by AI outputs
• Ensure alignment with governance, risk, and control frameworks when deploying AI solutions
• Support the scaling and optimisation of AI agents across multiple use cases

Desired Experience

• Proven experience building and deploying AI / GenAI solutions, ideally including AI agents or copilots
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure OpenAI
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and document processing
• Experience working with unstructured data and implementing document analysis solutions
• Knowledge of data mapping, data lineage, and workflow/process modelling
• Experience operating in regulated environments, with an understanding of risk and control considerations
• Background in financial services, asset servicing, or operations (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
