Semi Liquid Asset Funds Business Analyst

Albany Beck is an award-winning consultancy specialising in Technology, Risk and Compliance primarily within Financial Services. We work with top tier Investment Banks, Asset Management firms, Hedge Funds and FinTech's. We are currently working with a Financial Services client of ours and looking to bring on a Semi Liquid Asset Funds Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with front office, operations, risk, and technology teams to gather and document business requirements
• Analyse and map current and future-state processes across semi-liquid fund structures
• Support change initiatives including product launches, regulatory change, and operational improvements
• Produce clear documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process maps, gap analyses)
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Assist with UAT planning and execution
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks
• Act as a bridge between business users and technology delivery teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
• Strong understanding of asset management and fund structures
• Experience working with semi-liquid / hybrid fund products (e.g. open-ended funds with liquidity constraints)
• Knowledge of fund operations, NAV processes, and lifecycle events
• Experience delivering change in a regulatory-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
