Albany Beck is supporting a major global financial institution on a high-profile digital assets initiative within its custody and securities services division. We are looking for an experienced Digital Assets Business Analyst to join a specialist consulting engagement focused on the evolution of tokenised products and digital market infrastructure.
The Role
You will work closely with technology, product, operations, and risk teams to help design and deliver digital asset capabilities within a regulated custody environment. This role sits at the intersection of traditional securities services and emerging tokenisation models, with a particular focus on tokenised funds and cash-like instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for digital asset and tokenisation initiatives
- Support the design of operating models for tokenised money market funds and similar digital instruments
- Collaborate with custody, fund administration, and securities services teams to ensure solutions align with existing control frameworks
- Translate complex digital asset concepts into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and regulatory impact discussions
- Support UAT, implementation planning, and go-live readiness activities
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services consulting or large financial institutions
- Hands-on exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, or DLT-based products
- Direct experience with tokenised money market funds, tokenised securities, or similar structures
- Strong background in custody, fund services, or securities services environments
- Solid understanding of asset servicing operating models, lifecycle events, and controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Experience working on digital asset initiatives in a regulated, large-scale institution
- Familiarity with cash, liquidity products, or collateral from a custody perspective
- Exposure to regulatory or risk considerations related to digital assets
