Project Manager / PMO

Albany Beck are hiring within our Transformation Practice for a high-impact Project Manager / PMO role to support a strategic AI Programme across a multitude of client engagements in the financial services sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, driving delivery on large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong PM or PMO background
• High energy, hands-on approach to project management
• Proven ability in building great stakeholder relationships and orchestrating cross function collaboration
• Comfortable managing complex project plans, actions, and reporting
• Experience in financial services is essential
• Experience in digital transformation, KYC, onboarding, CLM or AI-related initiatives is beneficial

Initial Engagement Overview:

You’ll be working across a high impact transformation programme focused on transforming core operational and client-facing capabilities within a leading financial client. This role is central to ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

This individual will:

• Lead the coordination of project plans, stakeholder actions, and governance routines
• Bridge multiple functions including tech, operations, risk, and compliance
• Act as a central point of control, ensuring delivery remains on track across cross-functional teams
• Support change across Customer Lifecycle, Onboarding, and KYC technology programmes
