About the Role
Albany Beck is supporting a major global financial markets and data organisation through a significant post-merger transformation programme. As part of this ongoing integration journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help establish and scale a unified Product Operating Model across business and technology functions.
This role sits at the centre of a complex organisational transformation, focused on integrating teams, processes, tooling, governance, and delivery practices following a large-scale merger. The successful candidate will help drive alignment across previously separate operating structures while embedding modern product management principles and improving execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Post-Merger Product Transformation
- Support the integration and harmonisation of product management practices following a large-scale merger
- Help establish a consistent Product Operating Model across newly combined business and technology teams
- Drive alignment of governance, prioritisation, tooling, delivery standards, and ways of working across multiple organisational units
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies, duplication, and process fragmentation resulting from integration activity
- Support organisational redesign and operating model evolution as part of the broader transformation programme
Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead delivery of complex product and transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Translate strategic integration objectives into clear roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to improve customer and operational outcomes
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to customer value, business priorities, and enterprise transformation goals
Ways of Working & Organisational Change
- Embed modern product-led and agile ways of working across integrated teams
- Support change management initiatives linked to post-merger operating model transformation
- Help mature product management capability, governance frameworks, and delivery disciplines
- Bring structure and clarity to highly matrixed and evolving environments

- Ensure customer outcomes and business value remain central to decision making and prioritisation
- Apply experience across financial services, market infrastructure, enterprise data, or large-scale technology organisations
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior sponsors, transformation leadership, and external consulting partners
- Build strong relationships across globally distributed teams in London and Bucharest
- Influence stakeholders across business and technology functions to support adoption, alignment, and delivery success
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within large, complex enterprise organisations
- Strong track record delivering transformation initiatives in post-merger or integration environments
- Experience establishing or scaling Product Operating Models and product management practices
- Deep understanding of agile delivery, governance structures, and enterprise operational frameworks
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution within evolving organisational structures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior audiences
- Experience within financial services, capital markets, enterprise data, or technology-led organisations preferred
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, tooling, or modern product practices advantageous
