Albany Growth are supporting a high growth, mission-led fintech that’s reshaping how employees access and manage their financial wellbeing and are now looking to scale their product and engineering team with several key hires.

Fresh off recent investment and with traction across their market, they’re looking for a Product Manager to lead a key part of the platform, from discovery through to delivery, GTM and adoption.

This is a high impact, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with design, senior stakeholders, engineering and commercial teams to build intuitive, high performing financial tools that people love:

We’re looking for:

👉🏼 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a start-up / scale-up environment

👉🏼 Strong product execution skills - from user discovery to go-live

👉🏼 Data literate - comfortable using metrics to inform decision making

👉🏼 Experience in fintech, HR tech, payroll or embedded finance (bonus)

👉🏼 Hands-on with agile, user research, and tools like Mixpanel, Jira, Figma

👉🏼 Comfortable working across B2B / B2B2C user journeys
