Albany Growth are partnered with a fast-scaling HealthTech company building software used daily by frontline NHS staff.

Their platform is already live across multiple customers, with strong demand and a growing pipeline and they’re now hiring 2/3x Senior / Staff Product Engineers as a top business priority to increase delivery velocity without compromising quality.

Main Headlines:

• This is a hands-on, product-focused role where you’ll own real functionality end-to-end, working in a small, high-trust team building complex systems in a regulated environment.
• Complex, real-world B2B systems with high autonomy, low process
• You'll need experience in complex "enterprise" application environments, typically B2B.
• Close pairing with Product Managers - you shape requirements, not just code
• Regulated domain, light-touch process - autonomy is real
• PHP, Symfony, Doctrine, JavaScript stack, however they will 100% be able to look at Java/Python engineers who are happy to cross-train into PHP

Worth being upfront:

• 4 days per week in the office (King’s Cross) – non-negotiable, however they do offer a....
• 4-day working week (9–5, 1-hour lunch → ONLY 28 working hours)
• £90k–£115k salary
