What you’ll lead
- Drive experimentation across paid channels (LinkedIn, search, retargeting, emerging platforms).
- Build lifecycle journeys that increase activation, engagement, and retention.
- Create email + in-product messaging that boosts adoption of new workflows.
- Partner with Product on usage and retention experiments.
- Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing on campaigns and launches.
- Analyze performance using HubSpot, GA, LinkedIn Analytics, and internal dashboards.
- Convert early wins into repeatable, scalable growth playbooks.

- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable with attribution and data.
- Crisp, compelling writing for ads, landing pages, and lifecycle sequences.
- Experience partnering with creative teams and shipping campaigns quickly.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action.
Essential
- Background in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise GTM.
- Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, SEO, or website optimization.
