About the Company

A rapidly scaling enterprise AI platform working with leading global financial institutions. Having recently secured significant Series A funding, the company is in build mode - ambitious, product-focused, and moving fast.

About the Role

This is a hands-on product design lead position working directly with the founders. You’ll shape product experience, system design, and visual identity from zero - owning and defining the design function in a high-impact environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and lead product and visual design strategy
• Translate complex AI workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Build and scale a robust design system
• Own the end-to-end design process from research to polished UI
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality work
• Establish scalable design standards and processes

What We Need From You

• Over 6 years in product design, ideally across B2B SaaS or technical products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity in complex systems
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers in fast-paced teams
• Strong design perspective with excellent communication skills
• Experience designing AI products is a plus
• Previous start up experience
