Snr Full Stack Engineer

🚀 Senior Fullstack Engineer | AI Platform | London Hybrid | £75,000–£95,000 + Equity

I’m working with a fast-growing AI startup building a platform that is transforming how regulated businesses manage compliance.

They’re already working with major financial-services brands and have secured strong VC backing. The product helps enterprise teams move faster by turning complex compliance workflows into a more scalable, intelligent and efficient process.

They’re now looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the team at an exciting stage of growth.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the CTO and founders, contribute across the full stack, help shape technical direction and play a key role in raising engineering standards across the platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and shipping features end-to-end across a React frontend, API layer and third-party integrations

• Working closely with AI engineers to productionise and scale multi-agent AI pipelines

• Contributing to architecture decisions, system design and engineering processes

• Improving testing, code quality, reliability and observability across the platform

• Supporting and mentoring engineers within a small, high-performing team

• Building robust integrations with APIs, webhooks and external data sources

Tech stack:

TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Hono, Drizzle ORM, Tailwind, Cloudflare Workers, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Actions, Vitest, pytest and Playwright.

What they’re looking for:

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience

• Strong TypeScript and React expertise

• Solid backend engineering experience, including API design and relational databases

• Commercial Python experience

• Experience building reliable, production-grade software

• Strong experience with integrations and third-party systems

• A startup mindset and the ability to take ownership

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cloudflare Workers or edge computing

• Exposure to AI / LLM tooling such as LangChain or LangGraph

• Experience within FinTech, RegTech, LegalTech or another regulated environment

Package:

• £75,000–£95,000 base salary
