Workday HCM Lead
We’re looking for a Workday HCM Lead to take ownership of the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing governance of the Workday Human Capital Management system. In this role, you’ll ensure the platform effectively supports business objectives, maintains data integrity, and delivers a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, optimisation, and support of Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Performance, and Recruitment.
- Oversee business processes for job and position management, hiring, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance across all HCM activities.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure system integrations and reporting are aligned and reliable.
- Manage system governance, role assignments, and continuous process improvements.
- Support global or regional Workday releases and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with change management teams to drive system adoption and user engagement.
About You
- 4+ years’ experience managing or implementing Workday HCM in a multi-country or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, data structures, and business processes.
- Proven experience in HR systems governance, data integrity, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Experience working with integrations between Workday and payroll, recruitment, or learning systems.
