Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Data & Systems Analyst to join a rapidly growing UK insurance group, supporting its ongoing systems integration and transformation programme.
This role is perfect for an analytical, technically minded professional with strong system configuration experience, exposure to CRM platforms, and hands-on involvement in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration projects. You’ll play a key part in aligning data and systems across multiple offices as the business continues to expand nationally.
The position is hybrid (2 days on site) with regular travel to regional offices - (all travel expenses are fully covered.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimise business-critical systems, ensuring alignment across multiple entities.
- Lead and support system integration activities linked to ongoing mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage CRM platforms, ensuring accurate data capture, user access, and process configuration.
- Maintain data integrity across core systems, supporting business reporting and operational performance.
- Collaborate with IT, data, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve system usability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and change control records.
- Provide technical and analytical support to users, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to implement system upgrades, integrations, and automation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data & Systems Analyst or Configuration Analyst in a multi-site business environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of system configuration, CRM platforms, and data management.
- Previous exposure to merger & acquisition (M&A) integration projects – desirable.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of data migration, system mapping, and reporting tools.
- Confident communicator able to translate technical concepts for operational teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel to regional offices when required (expenses fully covered).
