What My Client Is Looking For:

  • 3–10 years Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Full-cycle ownership (prospect → close)
  • Strong new business / new logo focus
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Confident engaging C-Suite / VP / Director level
  • MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Challenger exposure
  • Scale-up / high-growth environment experience
  • Insurance / InsurTech exposure beneficial
  • AI / ML understanding advantageous
  • German speaker preferred
  • Commercial Insurance software experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
  • Drive new logo acquisition across DACH
  • Execute account-based strategies
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships
  • Navigate long-cycle, high-value deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to close
