Senior Strategy Consultant - AI & Digital

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 + Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our clients Digital Strategy & AI practice. You'll lead strategic consulting projects for healthcare and life sciences organisations, using AI-enabled approaches to solve complex business challenges.

This role combines client leadership, project delivery, AI-enabled consulting and team mentoring. It's ideal for someone with consulting or life sciences experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships and manage projects from scope to delivery.
  • Translate business challenges into clear strategic solutions.
  • Use Generative AI to support research, analysis and content development.
  • Critically review AI outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Deliver multiple projects, managing timelines, resources and risks.
  • Configure and oversee AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions.
  • Mentor Consultants and Analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support proposals.
  • Work closely with strategy, data and technology teams.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or MSc desirable).
  • 4–6 years' experience in consulting, healthcare or life sciences.
  • Experience leading workstreams or client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, life sciences or digital health.
  • Confident using Generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience managing client relationships and commercial discussions.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
