Whilst working at Alchemmy you’ll...

• Lead a workstream or project within a programme
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues in their self-development and career journey
• Foster positive and professional relationships with client and Alchemmy peers
• Establish connections with senior client stakeholders and understand and anticipate their needs
• Prepare and coordinate development of quality deliverables
• Plan and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops
• Start to identify opportunities with existing clients and contribute to proposals and pitches
• Take ownership for the quality of the team’s deliverables whilst aligning tasks to team members’ skill sets and development objectives
• Contribute significantly to internal initiatives
