German speaking Customer Success Manager

We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for a German speaking Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the success of clients in the DACH market, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive client strategy, retention and expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams
  • Work with senior stakeholders at globally recognised brands

What they’re looking for:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Experience in eCommerce is essential - whether in Customer Success, Account Management or eCommerce management / consultancy
  • Confidence managing a range of clients (ideally within SaaS or eCommerce tech)
  • A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
