German speaking Customer Success Manager
We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for a German speaking Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).
What you'll be doing:
- Own the success of clients in the DACH market, acting as a trusted advisor
- Drive client strategy, retention and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams
- Work with senior stakeholders at globally recognised brands
What they’re looking for:
- Fluency in German and English is essential
- Experience in eCommerce is essential - whether in Customer Success, Account Management or eCommerce management / consultancy
- Confidence managing a range of clients (ideally within SaaS or eCommerce tech)
- A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
