2nd Line Support Engineer - £32,000-£38,000
An established Managed Service Provider in Surrey is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing technical team.
You'll be working across a range of client environments, resolving escalated issues and supporting ongoing infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Handling 2nd line tickets and escalations from 1st line
- Troubleshooting desktop, server, and network issues
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem environments
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Assisting with project work and system upgrades
Tech stack:
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- Azure (basic administration)
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Windows Server
- Networking fundamentals
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years' experience in IT support (ideally MSP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
