3rd Line Support Engineer - £40,000-£50,000
We're partnering with a well established organisation in Hampshire that is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project work, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Leading on small to medium IT projects
- Supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Improving systems, performance, and security
Tech environment:
- Azure / Office 365
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Backup & disaster recovery solutions
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience in IT support/infrastructure
- Strong all-round technical knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Ability to take ownership of technical issues and projects
Package:
- £40,000-£50,000
