The Role:
- Design, develop, and program advanced AV control systems including Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, AMX, and similar platforms
- Commission, test, and optimise AV systems both remotely and on-site
- Integrate AV solutions with lighting control, HVAC, room booking systems, and network infrastructure
- Produce technical documentation, system configurations, and programming schedules
- Provide technical support, fault finding, troubleshooting, and client training throughout project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience programming AV control systems such as Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, AMX, or similar
- Experience configuring Audio DSP platforms including QSC, Biamp, or Extron
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, C++, or HTML
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across integrated AV environments
- Good understanding of AV networking concepts and protocols
Desirable:
- Manufacturer certifications such as Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS
- Experience commissioning enterprise or corporate AV systems
- Experience working within large-scale AV integration projects
