Your role is to keep everything moving. You'll support the Project Managers, organise the detail, track progress and make sure both the technical team and the client always have clear information. What you will be doing

• Supporting the Project Managers through each stage of large Residential AV projects
• Coordinating schedules, updates, equipment deliveries and task lists
• Preparing documentation, including project packs, drawings and reports
• Acting as a key communication point between engineers, designers, suppliers and clients
• Tracking changes, risks and progress so the team can make decisions quickly
• Helping organise handover materials, O and M packs and client facing documents
• Ensuring equipment is ordered, checked and ready when the team needs it
• Keeping project data accurate across internal systems and trackers

What you need to bring

• Ideally, experienced in AV, construction, Engineering or a similar technical setting
• Confident communication with clients, engineers and senior team members
• Strong organisation with the ability to keep multiple streams of work aligned
• Competence in Excel and general project tools
• A methodical approach and the ability to remain calm during busy periods
• A mindset that spots issues early and takes action
• Interest in premium smart home or AV technology is a bonus
