AV Project Manager - High-End Residential | Up to £55,000 | London

Are you a seasoned AV professional with hands-on experience delivering high-end residential smart home projects?

Do you know your Control4 from your Crestron, your Lutron from your lighting loads, and have the scars (and stories) from managing sites across London and the Home Counties?

The Opportunity:

We're working with one of the most respected names in high-end residential AV integration. Their projects span ultra-prime properties across Central London and the Home Counties, think discreetly integrated AV, lighting, automation, cinema rooms, and more.

They're now looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of delivering these projects on time, on budget, and to the incredibly high standards their clients expect.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with both people and process.

The Role:

Whether you're an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Engineer who's naturally taken the lead on site, this company values practical experience over paperwork.

You'll be:

• Managing multiple projects from initial handover through to final client sign-off
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring technical drawings, schedules, and site documentation are accurate and up to date
• Communicating with clients and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Being the central point of contact between the office and site teams

No need for official PM certifications, though if you have them, great. What matters most is your real-world understanding of how to get a smart home project delivered, and your ability to lead and take ownership.

What You'll Need:

• Strong experience in the home automation AV industry (Control4, Lutron, Crestron Home etc.)
• Prior on-site experience, whether as a Project Manager, Lead Engineer, or Site Supervisor
• Great organisational and communication skills
• A cool head under pressure and a genuine pride in delivering exceptional work
• Driving licence

Package:

• £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
• All business travel expensed
