Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading and established UK wide building management systems (BMS) specialist.
Due to their continued growth with commercial and industrial clients, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer.
The position will work on a range of BMS Projects to include at times, major projects
Salary & Benefits:
- £55,000
- Car OR Car Allowance

The Role:
- Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the London region
- Providing routine inspections of BMS equipment
- Respond to customer service call outs
- Carry out small repairs and remedial works
- Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems.
- Being involved in BMS commissioning, software writing and graphics
- Delivery / project delivery of BMS projects on-sites
Requirements:
- We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer
- You will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etc
- Good experience of HVAC Plant
- Ideally have BMS Commissioning skills and experience
- Electrical skills would be an advantage but is not essential
- Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etc
- Professional and excellent customer service skills.
