Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer who wants more trust, variety, and genuine progression without giving up the hands on work?

We're working with a specialist Fire & Security integrator delivering high quality installations across premium residential properties and smart commercial sites. The business is known for tidy installs, strong client care, and doing things properly, not cutting corners.

This is a senior engineering role where you remain hands on day to day, while being given more ownership and influence on site.

The role

You'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining modern Fire & Security systems across London and the Home Counties. You'll lead by example on site, support junior engineers when needed, and gradually take on wider responsibility as you choose to develop.

What you'll be doing:

• Installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining Fire & Security systems.
• Working with intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control across residential and commercial sites.
• Setting the standard on site and supporting junior engineers where required.
• Carrying out surveys, producing clear documentation, and keeping clients updated.
• Taking ownership of smaller works and developing confidence in wider coordination.

What they're looking for:

• Strong background in Fire & Security installation.
• Solid hands on experience with Fire Alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Calm, professional approach when dealing with clients and contractors.
• Good planning and documentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A genuine interest in developing your career while staying technical.
