Fire and Security Engineer

Location: North West & Yorkshire
Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 (up to 40,000 for the right experience)
Callout: 1 in 4 rota ( 50 standby - very low call volume)

I'm working with a well-established fire and security company that's looking to grow their team with a skilled Service, Commissioning and Small Works Engineer.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team. The company's focus is on service, commissioning, and small works, rather than large-scale installs - though if you've got installation experience, it'll definitely be a big advantage.

They're building a team where everyone gets involved and supports each other, but each engineer also has the chance to play to their own strengths.

• Service, commission and carry out small works on fire and security systems

• Work mainly across the North West and Yorkshire

• Take part in a 1-in-4 callout rota ( 50 standby - very quiet, roughly one call every few months)

• Optional work further afield - no one is forced to travel

• Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 (up to 40,000 DOE)

• Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays, plus an extra day each year of service (up to 5 additional days)

• Phone & support: Calls come through management first, so only genuine issues get passed on
