We are working with a specialist Fire & Security integrator delivering high quality work across premium residential properties and smart commercial sites throughout the Midlands. The business is known for tidy installs, strong client relationships, and doing the job properly.

This is a senior engineering role where you stay on the tools day to day, with more ownership and influence on site.

The role

You will install, commission, test, and maintain modern Fire & Security systems across residential and commercial sites in the Midlands. You will lead by example on site, support junior engineers when needed, and take on more responsibility as you choose to develop.

What you will be doing

• Installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining Fire & Security systems
• Working with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control
• Setting standards on site and supporting junior engineers when required
• Carrying out surveys and completing clear, accurate documentation
• Keeping clients informed and managing smaller works independently

What they are looking for

• Strong background in Fire & Security installation
• Hands on experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control
• Calm, professional approach with clients and contractors
• Good organisation and documentation skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Genuine interest in developing long term while remaining technical
