The Opportunity

We're working with a specialist AV integrator delivering projects into secure and high-spec environments, including defence-related sites.

This is a long-term career move, not just a job. The plan is to develop you into a Lead Engineer over time, with full support, training and exposure to real projects.

If you're hands-on, technically minded and want to build a career in AV, this is a great entry point.

The Role

You'll support experienced engineers on site, learning how to install, configure and troubleshoot AV systems across a variety of projects.

What You'll Be Doing

* Assisting with AV installations and cabling
* Supporting system setup, testing and fault finding
* Working on secure and commercial environments
* Learning programming and commissioning basics over time
* Travelling to sites across the UK, with occasional stays away

What We're Looking For

* Junior AV experience or transferable technical background
* Electrical, IT, networking or installation experience welcomed
* Strong problem-solving mindset
* Good attention to detail and pride in your work
* Willingness to learn and build a long-term career
* Comfortable working at height
* Full UK driving licence

Important Requirement

* Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance
