Senior AV Engineer - Residential Projects (C4 / Crestron Home / Lutron)

Location: North London (mainly London-based, some Home Counties + international travel)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Van + Annual Bonus
Full Clean Driving Licence Required

Are you an experienced Residential AV Engineer who can install with your eyes closed?
Our client, a leading high-end AV integration specialist working across prime and super-prime residential projects, is seeking a confident and technically skilled Senior AV Engineer to join their growing team.

This role is critical to delivering complex AV solutions for luxury properties, working hands-on across installations and programming. You'll be based out of North London, with projects primarily in London and the Home Counties, and occasional travel abroad for high-profile installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-site management and hands-on installation of AV systems
• Programming and troubleshooting using Control4, Lutron, and Crestron Home
• Overseeing daily site activity, managing small teams when needed
• Managing and configuring Ubiquiti / Unifi networking systems
• Commissioning multi-room audio, video distribution, and cinema systems
• Client handover and post-installation support

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential AV (prime and super-prime sector)
• Expert in Control4, Crestron Home, and Lutron programming
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (Unifi/Ubiquiti)
• Hands-on experience with high-end AV installs including home cinemas
• Able to lead projects on-site and solve technical challenges independently
• Full UK Driving Licence (van provided)
• Flexibility to travel abroad for up to 2-3 weeks at a time
• Passionate about quality and customer experience
